Every ARcoach training program is kicked off with a training assessment. The assessment is comprised of a run and a bike fitness tests. The results of these tests are used to evaluate your fitness level and determine your heart rate training zones as well as giving your coach an approximate VO2 max. Your body composition helps your coach determine your overall body make up as well as determining your caloric and water intake. |
