I honestly have to thank you for getting me ready for the Wild Scallion. I had no idea what to expect, but come race day, I felt totally up to challenge physically and mentally (even climbing the Sears). About 30 miles into the bike leg (and three hours into the pouring rain), I looked at my teammates with a huge, soggy smile and said, "This is so awesome!" I just kept thinking during the race that I wouldn't be having any fun at all without your killer preps. Thank you! \ --Nancy A., Elk Grove Village, IL |

ARcoach.com helped me prepare for my first Adventure Race. The training tool gave me the direction and discipline I needed in order to prep for the multi-sport nature of the sport. The training I received was key in my success during Fall Creek Falls race. In a race where only 7 teams completed the entire course my team finished 5th overall and 4th in the coed division. If I hadn't trained with ARcoach.com, I know that our finishing place would have been significantly lower. I look forward to utilizing ARcoach.com next season as I attempt to do upwards of 6 different Adventure Races. --Colin T., New Hampshire |

Thanks so much for your guidance. I certainly wouldn't be in any shape to enjoy the Scallion without it. I've been doing workouts with my teammates lately, and, even sick, I am right there with them. --Nancy A., Chicago, IL |

With the limited time I have to workout each week I have been getting much greater performance from that same time since I started working with my coach. --Chris B., Boulder, CO |
